Aromatica 2023 - Perfumes and Flavors of the Ligurian Riviera

Aromatica is the large showcase that Diano Marina dedicates to aromatic herbs, typical Ligurian products and the excellence of food and wine and agri-food. The tenth edition will be held in the city center on Friday 5, Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 May 2023 .

Since 2018, the event has been annual, while previously, from 2005 to 2011, it took place every two years.

In the panorama of trade fairs related to food, Aromatica intends to stand out by focusing on quality and sustainability, inserting new and curious elements every year. The format includes a large commercial area - with selected exhibitors - and a rich program of themed initiatives: cooking shows, workshops, conferences, presentations, tastings, competitions, guided tours and excursions, exhibitions, joint dinners, shows. The expo of producers, mostly Ligurian, is entirely housed within the pedestrian area, as well as an area dedicated to street food. Famous guests ennoble Aromatica: experts, chefs, insiders, representatives of prestigious national organizations in the sector. Protagonists are also the local commercial operators, who offer themed products, dishes and activities. In 2019, the Aromatica Prize was also introduced, awarded annually to people originating from the Dianese area, who, thanks to their skills, have contributed to promoting western Liguria and its excellence.
Aromatica is an extraordinary occasion for the promotion of products and producers, for particular and appetizing tastings and purchases, in a hospitable and multicolored setting, which offers visitors originality and entertainment.

The event has a considerable tourist value and also aims to enhance the entire Dianese Gulf, an area of seven Municipalities (Diano Marina, Cervo, San Bartolomeo al Mare, Diano Castello, Diano San Pietro, Diano Arentino, Villa Faraldi) between the coast and the hinterland, full of beauties and opportunities.

Indeed, Aromatica attracts thousands of visitors every year, including foreign visitors, especially from neighboring regions and the closest French departments.
