What are the reception’s opening hours?
Reception is open in the morning from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and in the afternoon from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Why do you not accept reservations?
This is a choice that brings several benefits on an organisational level, allowing us to guarantee:
- Leaving before 22:00 on the day of departure
- The freedom to renew your stay without constraints
- The possibility of freely choosing a place from those available on arrival

What is the size of the pitch?
The size of the pitch can vary (even a lot) according to the area. In fact, the campsite is mainly wooded and terraced, making it impossible to adopt a standard size.
Can I park my car on my pitch?
For organizational needs, cars must be parked in the parking lot in front of the campsite. However, they will be allowed to enter for short loading/unloading operations for a maximum of 15 minutes.

Reception is open in the morning from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and in the afternoon from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
What time is Check-In?
Check-in is guaranteed between 5:00 pm and 19:00 pm. Any early or late Check-in can be agreed with the management subject to availability.
How does registration happen at the campsite?
It is necessary to go to Reception with the identity documents of all the guests (including children) in order to register. Together with the registration, you will be asked to pay the balance of your stay and the deposit. You will then be accompanied to the Bungalow.
What happens in case of early departure?
Early departure does not constitute a right to a refund. Nevertheless, management evaluates each case individually, taking into account the conduct of the guest and availability.
What time do I need to vacate the accommodation?
Check-out must be by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Any early or late Check-in can be agreed with the management subject to availability.
I would like to leave outside of office hours, what should I do?
If for any reason it is not possible to leave during office hours, simply hand over the keys to the gatekeeper before leaving the campsite: we will check the status of the accommodation and return the deposit to the bank account indicated.
Can I do the final cleaning of my accommodation myself?
Yes, guests can clean the accommodation themselves, but any charge is at management’s discretion. This cost is instead mandatory in the presence of pets. However, the bungalow will always be subject to further cleaning and sanitization by our staff.
Do the accommodations have an en-suite bathroom?
All our Bungalows are completely independent, being equipped with bathroom and shower inside.
Can I also stay in winter?
Yes, the campsite is open all year round and the bungalows are equipped with air conditioning. The excellent materials and double glazing also ensure a remarkable thermal efficiency.
How is electricity consumption managed?
The tariffs include all electricity consumption.

Can I set up a tent near the Bungalow?
Yes, you can set up a tent at your backyard at no additional fee. However, there is a charge for additional persons exceeding the maximum number of guests in the Bungalow.
Where can I park my car?
Each Bungalow has a single reserved parking space included in the rate. Any additional car can be placed in the parking lot (for a fee) at the entrance of the campsite.
Is bed linen included?
Unless otherwise specified, sheets, pillowcases, and towels are not included in the bungalow's amenities, but can be purchased on-site.
How far is the campsite from the sea? And from the city center?
The campsite is about 600 meters from the sea and from the center of Diano Marina. he distance from one's own pitch can however be greater, as the area is about 300 metres long.
Is the road easily walkable?
The road to Diano Marina is paved and flat.

OPENING HOURS AND REGULATION
Can I bring pets?
Pets are accepted and welcome under the full responsibility of the owner. We invite you to report the possible presence of unfriendly animals so as to find an optimal solution in agreement with the staff.
Are dogs allowed on the beach?
The beach is accessible to dogs before 8:00 am and after 8:00 pm, always respecting the rules of hygiene and civic sense.

Are there time limits for access?
Vehicles may enter the campsite until midnight. Parking and pedestrian access are always guaranteed.
Are quiet times provided?
Behaviour and activities that cause disturbance to other guests must be avoided inside the campsite (within the limits of common sense). In particular, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am, silence is required.
Are minors allowed?
Minors are welcome, but by law must be accompanied by a guardian of legal age who takes responsibility (with appropriate proxy, if necessary).
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Can I make a reservation?
For organizational reasons, the campground has adopted a “zero reservations” policy. We are available at any time to provide quotes and updates on availability, but under no circumstances will we be able to accept reservation requests.
What are the benefits of this decision?
- We can offer departure by 10:00 pm instead of in the morning.
- We can offer maximum freedom in the renewal of the stay, without constraints or limits imposed.
- We can offer the possibility of moving to any free pitch, at any time.
- We can devote more funds and energy to improve the services offered.
Bungalow
Can I make a reservation?
Certainly, to make a reservation, simply request a quote via the contact form and pay the deposit for confirmation.
What are the benefits of this decision??
If you have preferences regarding the location or special needs, we will do everything possible to accommodate you, within the limits of our possibilities and availability.
How do I pay the deposit?
Payment is normally made by card, through the “Pay By Link” system. Upon request, it is possible to use bank transfer, or payment in cash/check (for bookings made on the spot).
In what cases is the deposit refunded?
The deposit is refunded in the same manner for cancellations within 14 days of booking.
The deposit is converted into “credit” spendable at the campsite for cancellations up to 10 days before the date of arrival.
The deposit will NOT be refunded for cancellations less than 10 days from the date of arrival.
The deposit is always refunded for cancellations due to extraordinary circumstances and force majeure of various kinds, at management’s discretion.

GUEST SERVICES
Can I use the Barbecue?
The use of the Barbecue is allowed, provided you do not disturb the neighbors and in accordance with the appropriate safety measures.
Is the use of the Wi-Fi network free?
Wi-Fi is free, but signal reception may vary depending on the device used and location within the campsite.
Is there a shuttle service?
The campsite does not have a shuttle service.
How do hot showers work?
The hot shower works with €1 coin, but it is free for the whole winter period (from 01 October to 01 April).
How does laundry work?
The laundry works with tokens that can be purchased at Reception.
The cost of the token is €3, but there are discounts for multiple purchases.

What emergency room facilities are nearby?
The polyclinic of Diano Marina (also active as a tourist clinic in the summer) is located just 500 meters from the campsite, in C.so XX Settembre 9.
Where is the nearest pharmacy?
The two pharmacies of Diano Marina are located about 1 km from the campsite, but there is also a home delivery service in collaboration with the Italian Red Cross.
Where is the nearest hospital located?
For more serious needs, the hospital of Imperia is only 7 km away, ensuring easy access and an excellent intervention time.
Are the campsite facilities suitable for people with disabilities?
The campsite has toilets and showers for the disabled and some reserved pitches adjacent to services.
Are there accommodations suitable for people with disabilities?
The campsite has 2 bungalows certified and prepared to accommodate guests with disabilities. Nevertheless, considering the conformation of the area, it is advisable to use a vehicle to travel to and from your accommodation.
